Optimization
is the key element to size piping, ductwork and equipment in order to
ensure the facility ownership or management has received the most efficient
product without sacrificing performance. Software programs such as the
EnergyPro 5 and AutoCAD Revit MEP are utilized to formulate the
cooling and heating load demands; accordingly, these demands are the
criteria for sizing HVAC piping and ductwork. By using the manufacturer
websites (e.g., ITT), the latest product data is available which will
ensure the associated vendor submittal will match the design intent.
With the expertise and knowledge in the industry, the equipment and
material will be accurately specified because we recognize every application
and the interface with surrounding systems. Encompassed within this service, the following documentation is drafted,
pending of the scope of work and application:
- Air Flow & Piping/Instrumentation Diagrams
- Equipment Arrangement
- Specifications & Product Data
- Control Riser Diagram
- Equipment & Points Lists
- Instrument Data Sheets & Index
- Software Design Description (SDD)
